Course Description

Development of repertoire and ensemble skills, application of choreographic process into group and solo sequences.
This year continues to develop the student's understanding of the choreographic process focusing on group and solo choreography. Students will develop an understanding of repertoire and dance for theatre. Students will take part in workshops to create their complementary repertoire. Students will be given the option to sit the external at the end of the year.
Students will be given the option to select parts of the course to make sure they achieve the best combination of skills. This course offers a large number of credits and students will be directed to choose Achievement Standards that allow success.
