Level 3 Te Reo Māori
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Matua H. Koziarski.
This course will continue extending students’ ability to communicate and deepen their understanding of Te Reo Māori and Māori culture. You will research an issue or event, persuade or give a point of view, and continue developing your creative writing style. Up to 15 additional credits can be achieved through Maori Performing Arts/Tikanga standards.
Approval to enter the course may be granted on application to the HoD Languages. Students need to be prepared to receive instruction in the target language. If you have not studied the target language before, you must join the Level 1 course.

Number of credits that can be used for overall endorsement: 18
Only students engaged in learning and achievement derived from Te Marautanga o Aotearoa are eligible to be awarded these subjects as part of the requirement for 14 credits in each of three subjects.
