Level 1 Art - Multimedia

Students in Level 1 Art Multimedia will explore a range of different art-making processes and techniques. Observational drawing studies, multimedia exploration (student choice around different paint, printmaking and sculpture options) and understanding of developing a theme and idea are key elements of learning in Visual Arts.

Traditional and Contemporary art is researched and responded to as they develop towards their own artistic style.

Costs include an art kit of individual items, plus items that will be shared in the class in order to keep costs down.  These shared items will be available over the year as required. 

Please note this course cannot be taken in conjunction with Level 1 Art Photography and Design (1ARTPD).
