Teacher in Charge: Mr P. Tucker.
Level 2 history builds on L1 but can be completed successfully by newcomers. Students are given the opportunity to choose a conflict New Zealand has been involved in for their first internal, and are again able to choose in their second internal looking at the quest for rights in society. The classes then study one of the darkest moments in human history - the mass genocide of the Tutsi people of Rwanda.
