Level 1 Art - Photography & Design
Course Description

Learn Photography and Adobe Photoshop skills to create a portfolio of digital collages
Students in Level 1 Photography & Design will learn how to better compose their photographs by exploring a range of photographic conventions and artist models. Students will further their learning in the digital arts by using Adobe Photoshop to manipulate images and create visually interesting and meaningful digital collages.
It is beneficial for students to have a digital camera, or phone that can take good-quality images and a laptop capable of running Adobe Suite (no more than 4 years old) however, there is an Art Computer Suite and camera available for lending also available.
Costs include an art kit of individual items, professional printing of an A1 panel, plus items that will be shared in the class to keep costs down. These shared items will be available over the year as required. Students will also be given a student license to run Adobe Creative Suite on their own laptops or home PCs.
Please note this course cannot be taken in conjunction with Level 1 Visual Art (1ARTV)
