This course is designed to help you consider how businesses operate in a global environment. You will develop your understanding of business theory by studying relevant case studies and learning to apply this theory in developing a business plan for a group business activity. Issues of sustainability, enterprise and globalisation are fundamental in business planning and are examined as part of the course, along with other internal and external factors which influence business success. You will develop your planning, organisational and leadership skills.
