Course Description

Develop musical creativity and knowledge through the process of composing, listening, analysing and performing.
This course aims to give students the opportunity to develop Musical creativity through the process of composing original music ideas. It is also an opportunity for students to explore how their own emotions, ideas, and perspectives can be conveyed through their music. Students will create composition samples in their chosen style.
Throughout this course, students must demonstrate technical, musical, and presentation skills appropriate to students in at least their third year of instrumental study through group or Individual itinerant tuition. Each student will also receive a study guide.
