Level 1 Te Reo Māori

This course develops students’ ability to communicate and deepen their understanding of Te Reo Māori me ōna Tikanga (Māori language and protocols).  Topics covered in this course are Food, Hobbies, Caring for Others, and the Environment. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in a marae stay.

Students need to be prepared to receive instruction in the target language.
