Level 2 Art Photography
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Ms S. Carnachan.
Students will develop knowledge and skills towards contemporary photography conventions, the use of Photoshop to edit images and how to use artist models to develop and theme in a body of work. Students will work throughout the year to create a large portfolio of photographs that generate and develop a theme that they choose.
Students will require a DSLR camera and laptop capable of running adobe suite (no more than 4 years old).
Costs include an art kit of individual items, professional printing of 2 x A1 photographic panels plus items that will be shared in the class in order to keep costs down. These shared items will be available over the year as required. Students will also be given a student license to run Adobe Creative Suite on their own laptops or home PC.
